The Swiss FoodTech ecosystem
Back in 2021, we mapped the Swiss FoodTech ecosystem to better understand how our community can drive change. In 2025, teamed up with Porsche Consulting to explore how the landscape had evolved. The report combined research data with insights from 150+ Valley partners and eight leading experts and captures a fascinating snapshot of the food and nutrition innovators working together to build a more future-proof food system.
