DESCRIPTION:The Innovation Booster Future Food Farming powered by Innosuisse invites you to connect and collaboratively develop transformative solutions. \nStakeholders from farms to citizens come together creatively\, with the opportunity to shape projects for initial explorations in an incubation phase alongside experts\, with funding of up to 39\,000 CHF. \nTogether\, we aim to identify the hurdles preventing us from delivering more locally.
Representatives from agriculture\, processing industries\, trade\, gastronomy\, academic partners\, cantons\, municipalities\, citizens\, and the next generation will convene to create a diverse\, resilient\, and sustainable future for food. \nTogether\, we will: \n• Recognize obstacles and issues impeding progress today.\n• Better understand the complexity of our agricultural and food systems.\n• Understand challenges and their stakeholders better.\n• Draft opportunity statements paving the way for radical and value-based solutions. \nWhy participate? \n• Join a vibrant\, multidisciplinary community passionately reshaping our food landscape.\n• Gain deep insights and understanding of relevant hurdles and their profound impacts.\n• Find suitable partners for an innovation project and secure financing. \nThis event is organized in collaboration with Star’Terre. \nThis workshop will be held in French.
