DESCRIPTION:Gemeinsam Zukunft gestalten: Ressourceneffizienz neu denken – vom Boden bis zum Teller\nIn Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ernährungsforum Basel\, Basel Circular und Partnerorganisationen aus der Region Basel \nWie können wir den Weg vom Boden bis zum Teller so gestalten\, dass Ressourcen effizient genutzt\, Kreisläufe geschlossen und Menschen gesund ernährt werden – ohne Kompromisse bei Nachhaltigkeit oder Bezahlbarkeit? \nIn diesem Open Exploration Workshop im Rahmen des Innovation Boosters Future Food Farming (unterstützt von Innosuisse) richten wir den Fokus nicht auf die Entwicklung von Ideen\, sondern auf das Verständnis der zugrunde liegenden Herausforderungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.\nGemeinsam beleuchten wir\, wie Energie\, Wasser\, Boden\, Nährstoffe\, menschliche Arbeit\, Zeit und Kapital miteinander verflochten sind – und welche Zielkonflikte\, die Innovationen erschweren. \nDabei lernst Du neue Methoden zur Systemanalyse kennen und tauschst Dich mit Akteur:innen aus Landwirtschaft\, Verarbeitung\, Gastronomie und Forschung aus.\nDieser Workshop bietet Raum\, um Perspektiven zu teilen\, Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und neue Allianzen zu schmieden\, die als Grundlage für künftige Innovationsprojekte dienen können. \nAus dem tieferen Verständnis aktueller Herausforderungen entstehen Impulse für Veränderungen und neue Lösungsansätze. \nTeilnahme mit Fördermöglichkeit\nDie Teilnahme am Workshop berechtigt ausserdem zur Eingabe von Lösungsideen.
